What handpieces and dental equipment do you repair?
We repair all makes and models of High Speeds, Slow Speeds, Electric Attachments, Lab, Surgical, and Endodontic Handpieces. When it comes to small equipment, any piece of equipment that sits on the counter from ultrasonic scalers and ultrasonic cleaners to apex locators.
How long will it take to get a quote?
We usually have quotes to our customers within 24 hours of receiving the shipment from them. Check the tracking number for your shipment, if you do not have a quote within this time period, contact us at sales@mydentalrepair.com.
After approval, how long to get my repair back?
Repairs usually take 2-3 days to complete depending on volume. We take great care in ensuring the repair is done correctly and tested thoroughly before shipping.
Do you use manufacture parts in your repairs?
Many of the parts we use are from the original manufacturer(OEM), however parts that have proven to be transparent to the manufacture in design and quality are substituted where applicable. Contact us with specific makes and models in order to verify what parts are being used.
What kind of warranty is on your repairs?
Warranties vary by make and model as well as type of repair. All our repairs come with a 6 -12 month warranty, please see the price sheets in order to determine the warranty on your repair.
